The issue that arose during the earlier maintenance has been resolved and the application is once again available. We are commencing the additional secondary maintenance, which as previously mentioned may cause intermittent/degraded performance during routine operations (login, loading folders, upload/download).
We sincerely apologize for the extended duration of the downtime, and will update as needed as the maintenance progresses.

There was an issue during the initial (10:00-10:30pm EDT) run of the scheduled maintenance and we are working quickly to restore operations at this time, but we will require additional downtime to complete this work.
