Accessibility to the ShareFile web application has been restored. Our engineers are currently running through testing to verify full functionality. Once testing has been deemed complete, maintenance will be closed.

At this point we believe that the ongoing maintenance may continue through 1:00am EST (GMT-5) and our web application and auxiliary services will continue to be unavailable until completed. We will continue to provide updates as they are available.

Citrix ShareFile will be conducting scheduled maintenance the evening of Saturday, November 22nd starting at 11:00pm EST (GMT-5). Maintenance should last no longer than 2 hours and end at 1:00am EST (GMT-5) on Sunday, November 23rd. During this maintenance we will be testing a failover to our disaster recovery data center.

During this time the ShareFile web application will be unavailable, as well as other ShareFile tools such as the mobile applications, Sync, and Microsoft Outlook Plugin.
