This is a retroactive update regarding issues experienced with the ShareFile system at 2:30am EST until 2:57am EST. During this window users may have experienced issues logging into their ShareFile account.

This issue was caused by a change made to our platform that was then rolled back to fix. Please contact support with any questions. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
