Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice
Citrix will be conducting planned maintenance of Citrix Content Collaboration (ShareFile) Service on this date, during the time window of 9:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT-4) to 12:00 AM Eastern Time (GMT-4).
The following functionality will be impacted for a total duration not exceeding 60 minutes: * Active user sessions may get disconnected * User logins will be temporarily disabled

While there are multiple scheduled maintenance events, the scheduled maintenance is an upgrade of some of our infrastructure and each customer will only be impacted on one of the provided dates as we safely upgrade and migrate customers to the new infrastructure. Support will be able to help determine the specific scheduled date for each customer.
