ShareFile users in the EU may have experienced momentary inability to reach the login page, and/or perform requested file operations. This was the result of routine maintenance operations; no customer impact was reported to our support team, and monitoring indicates that service was restored to full operation almost immediately. Nevertheless, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you or your users.
