Citrix will be conducting planned maintenance of the Content Collaboration (ShareFile) Service on Saturday, May 2nd, during a time window from 10:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT-5) to Sunday, May 3rd, 8:00 AM Eastern Time (GMT-5).

During this time window, the following functionality may get impacted for users in the US and EU regions for a total duration not exceeding 20 minutes:

* Active user sessions may get disconnected
* User logins may be temporarily disabled
